Human Resources (HR) Management is an essential, but complex function in organisations where individuals’ strengths are enhanced and their weaknesses developed. Add to this South Africa’s specific challenges of HIV/Aids, entrenched inequality and complex labour legislation and the scene is set for a variety of training opportunities.
