It therefore stands to reason that investment into human resources development and labour relations should be high on the agendas of organisations.

CE at UP offers employer and employee empowerment programmes, HIV/AIDS management courses, programmes on gender, transformation, change management and wellness, as well as a variety of different HR-related training offerings. Labour relations courses are presented on intermediate and advanced levels and deal with legal issues, labour union and other pertinent topics.
