Fees and payment

Conditions:
- Course fees must be paid in FULL before start date of the course.
- NO cash will be accepted at registration on the start date of the course.
- CE at UP reserves the right to refuse admission if proof of payment cannot be supplied.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to operations.ce@up.ac.za or faxed to 0866 349 309 prior to start date of course.
- All payments must reflect the payment reference as indicated on the confirmation of registration document or the cell phone number; ID number; initials and surname of the applicant.
- Individuals will remain responsible for the full payment of the course fee should their company or department fail to honour full payment.
- Other payment arrangements such as the issue of an official order number must be arranged prior to the start date of the course and such purchase order number must be supplied on the first day of the course.

Cancellations:
- CE at UP reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. Delegates will be informed and all fees will be refunded.
- Cancellations are accepted in Writing and WITHOUT penalty up to 14 days prior to the start date of the course.
- Delegates who cancel less than 14 DAYS prior to the start date of the course will be liable for payment of the full course fee.
- Non-arrivals will be liable for the ful course fee.

- Unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the appointment of SPEAKERS other than those advertised.
- Event date(s), time, venue and topics are SUBJECT to CHANGE without prior notice.
