CE at UP is wholly owned by the University of Pretoria and is part of the Enterprises at University of Pretoria Trust group.
The University of Pretoria was instituted in terms of the Higher Education Act no 101 of 1997, as amended, and is a juristic person as contemplated in Section 20(4) of the Act. |

| CE at UP is committed to empowering people to be moral leaders within their work environment, to strengthen the moral ethos of the South African workplace. CE at UP supports the ethical directives of the University of Pretoria in the areas of research, business conduct and ethical best practices. All course leaders, moderators and facilitators appointed by CE at UP are bound to the ethical best practices of the University of Pretoria, as determined by the Ethical Committee of the University of Pretoria. |
