Our community gives us our dedicated staff and our talented lecturers. Our community sends us the delegates who seek our training. From the hopes and aspirations of our community springs the inspiration for our delegates to transform their own skills and careers and to be of better service.

Continuing Education at University of Pretoria Trust (CE at UP) takes a collaborative approach to Corporate Social Responsibility. We engage with our stakeholders and the community-at-large to labour at social upliftment that is sustainable and where possible, may become self-sufficient.

 

Social Responsibility
 
CE at UP Trust engages in areas where we may better the lives of the youth and of the most vulnerable members of our society. Priority is given to support community training and health projects, talented youths, and child care initiatives.

Enterprise Development
 
CE at UP has a very structured CSR approach aimed at the support of upcoming SMMEs that will enhance business and enrich the communities within which they operate.
CE at UP’s approach towards Enterprise Development aims to support SMMEs on the road to sustainability and towards becoming future employers. Through the School of Entrepreneurship at UP’s Department of Business Management, entrepreneurs are identified from within the City of Tshwane’s SMME development project.
